Breastmilk will need to be thawed out before shipping. Breastmilk does not need to stay cold as it goes through a double preservation process before being turned into a fine powder that will make up the stone of the jewelry piece. Place breastmilk bag or container into a ziploc bag. Place that ziploc bag into another ziploc bag. Tape a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email onto the bag. Please make sure name on paper matches the name associated with your order. You will place the ziploc bags into a bubble polymailer (can be purchased from Dollar Tree, Walmart, or Post Office) and ship it!

Each stone finding will require one (1) ounce. If you have pre-filled breastmilk bags in your freezer that have more than one ounce that is perfectly fine to send, just make sure it is at least one ounce! Remember to thaw your breastmilk before sending if it is frozen!

Place your keepsake item(s) into a small container or baggie. Then place it into a ziploc bag. Tape a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email onto the ziploc bag. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the shipping address! Please check your spam as well. If you have not received an email within 48 hours, please reach out to Eternalinks to assure you receive the address.

All items have a typical turn around time of 2-4 weeks. All jewelry is handmade specifically for you. If using breastmilk as your keepsake item, remember that everyone's milk is different. Some milk takes 3-4 days to go through the preservation process, while some takes 5-7 days. The quality of your piece is important to us.
